To avoid disappointment that we are not available for your event date, we suggest you contact us once you have secured your venue ( 3 weeks before your event date). We can accommodate last minute requests as our schedule permits (surcharge may apply for orders needed within 48 hours).

Our package prices vary on event type, location, décor requests, etc. Contact us today to request a quote.

There is no minimum threshold on cash and carry items that are picked up in our store, however, our minimum pricing for delivery is based on the date of the event. Monday – Thursday, the minimum amount for decor is $150 for deliveries. Friday & Saturday, the minimum amount for decor is $250 for deliveries. Sunday’s we have a décor minimum of $450. Our décor minimum amounts do not include any delivery/setup fees or taxes.

Our delivery & set up fees are standard for all event décor packages. We hand craft all of our décor and take pride in delivering what we promised in a timely fashion. The strike charge (clean up/take down) will be applied as required.

Besides being super-Cool … CBDD stands for Certified Balloon Decor Designer. It means that we have passed a series of written and hands-on exams confirming our knowledge of everything from design theory to special advanced designs. Currently we have two CBDD’s on staff and working on our third. There are about 1,000 CBDD’s world-wide that earned this accomplishment.

Latex balloons filled with helium are temporary and have an average float time of 10 to 48 hours depending on size and shape. Your latex balloons can float up to 25 times longer if they are treated with a flight extender such as Ultra Hi-Float.

Yes, we use only the best latex balloons available, Qualatex! What does that mean? That you will be provided with the highest quality balloons in the world! Qualatex balloons are made from 100% natural latex, not cheap plastic fillers, making them biodegradable. It is harvested similar to how you get maple syrup.
